The King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Centre is pleased to announce that the beautiful young grey mare, Nashwa El Safinat, has been awarded the WAHO Trophy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 2009.
Imported in utero from Qatar by her breeder, she combines predominantly Egyptian bloodlines with a touch of Polish through her damline.
This young mare has already been successful in the showring for her owner and breeder, Mr. Yousif Bin Hamad Al-Dosary, with 5 international judges awarding her the title of Champion Mare at the Al Hassa First National Arabian Horse “C” Show held in Dammam in 2009 – as an interesting side note, she took the championship over her own dam, the imported mare Nwoyer, who was named Reserve Champion.
