As only a yearling, Layan Al Khalidiah has earned an enviable show record, which has led to her being awarded the 2007 WAHO Trophy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She started the year with the title of Reserve Champion Filly at the Dubai International Show, and was named Champion Filly at Sharjah Show. She went on to be Reserve Champion Filly at Menton, France; and followed this with the title of Champion Filly at the UK International Show at Towerlands. The year came to a wonderful conclusion in Paris, in December, when Layan Al Khalidiah won the highly coveted title of World Champion Filly.
