Hama, by the Russian Derby winner Trepet out of the significant Iraqi-bred broodmare Naama Al Thaltha (by Masoud ‘S’ [NL] out of Al Na’ama [IQ] ) has been awarded Iraq’s 2011 WAHO Trophy. She was an excellent racing mare who raced very successfully in the 2010-2012 seasons. She won several group races, particularly the G1 Farwell Iraqi Equestrian Club Trophy over 2200 m.
